No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products and our order fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returned items or provide refunds for unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be fulfilled.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where the product received is confirmed to be defective, damaged during delivery, or substantially different from the item ordered.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
